This family home was me and my husband's home when we were teaching as professors in Savannah, but now we had a baby and my husband in on a 2 year sabbatical as a visiting professor at Florida State University, so we live at another place now, in Tallahassee, Florida. We enjoy renting out our rooms to students in a room and board style accommodation, like an extended-stay hotel. Since I was an ESL and Foreign Language teacher, I am particularly interested in renting to International students. Our family has been operating a real estate investment company (East & West Investments) and have a hotel that they have managed for years - that is why we enjoy serving our students and academic community in this way.

Property Manager and Lawn Maintenance Personnel:

Terry is a long-time family friend and neighbor. He helps us keep up with the lawn maintenance every 2 weeks at the house, as well as check up on my students once and a while. He shows our house and rooms on occasion, handles emergencies, and does the house orientation, move-in / move-out inspections, and key exchanges.
